Chianti Classico Grand Tasting in New York City
After a successful celebration of its 100th anniversary last April, Consorzio Vino Chianti Classico is officially returning to New York City! On Monday, April 28th, 2025 join us at Manhatta from 11:00am-4:00pm for a Grand Tasting featuring renowned Chianti Classico producers.
This event offers a unique opportunity for those with limited knowledge of Chianti Classico to learn the fundamentals, while providing seasoned experts a chance to deepen their understanding and stay updated on the region’s latest trends and developments.
Industry trade and media are invited to a walk-around tasting that will feature 39 wineries, including a selection of old vintages, as producers reach into their cellars to bring some of their favorite wines. To view the list of participating producers, please click here.
Enjoy other amazing Chianti Classico tasting opportunities including a selection of Vin Santo’s and a D.O.P Olive Oil tasting experience led by Fil Bucchino happening each hour.
Additionally, attendees can join us for a series of seminars and workshops designed with varying levels of depth and complexity, ensuring that participants can make the most of the experience. These sessions will explore timely topics and foster a deeper appreciation of Italy’s—and the world’s—leading wine denominations.
